SPSRC
As Course Director, Dr. Most designs the Stanford Preservation and Structural Rhinoplasty Course around a single question: how do experienced surgeons decide between, and combine, preservation and structural approaches for each patient? The course pairs an international faculty with a limited number of participants, uses narrated surgical video in place of live surgery so that every decision can be examined, and ends in the dissection laboratory. The previous edition, SPSRC 2025, was held at Stanford on November 13–15, 2025; SPSRC 2027 takes place July 22–24, 2027.
